Marko Simec is an emerging composer, accordionist, pianist and percussionist. Besides being an integral band member and manager of Waiting for Guinness, Marko regularly performs and records with Australian electro-dub outfit Wicked Beats Sound System.

Marko has performed with Circus Monoxide and collaborated with acclaimed physical comedian Joel Salom on his show Excess all areas.

He has also composed and recorded music for various Short films and Theatre shows, including the ‘Red Roar Theatre’ comedy shows Filth & Raunch (premiered at Belvoir St Theatre, Sydney, 1999 extensive composition and sound design work with the ‘State of Play’ theatre company FREE a film by Jeremy Cumpston and the mesmerising Australian-French street theatre production, Ngalyod, a major feature of the 2001 Sydney Festival, as well as various major festivals in Europe in the previous year.
